Current Position

Since September 2023 I am a Senior Bioinformatician at the San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy (TIGET), Milan, Italy, where I am a member of the Bioinformatics Core. I develop and optimize pipelines for large-scale genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic analyses across multiple research units, with expertise spanning bulk and single-cell RNA-Seq, spatial transcriptomics, ATAC-Seq, methylation, long-read sequencing, and Hi-C.
